Our Amtico & Karndean floor cleaning process starts with a detailed inspection, any scratches are pinpointed & noted.
Depending on what service you choose a protective film will be placed around skirting boards, kick boards & kitchen units/furniture.
The floor is then given a good deep clean with a dry vacuum FIRST, this removes any grit that would scratch the Kardean/Amtico
Next step is to give the flooring a good old scrub clean to remove ground in dirt & grease.
Next step is to strip the top layer of protector just as you would strip paint/varnish so as to give best finish.
Final stage is to apply 3 to 5 coats of sealer to give a long lasting & easy to maintain finish.
